This free class is offered to anyone interested in learning concepts & principles for self-defense, defenses for common attacks, and strategies for real-life scenarios. Sessions are held on Saturday mornings at church. Each session is unique, and participants may attend as many sessions as they wish.

No experience is required; all equipment will be provided in class. Please register for the class.
