每日的靈修是非常的重要也是蒙福的道路
晨禱時間：週一至週六早上六點三十分；
弟兄姊妹請事先下載手機通訊應用程序 (以LINE & Zoom 為主)，並告知教牧同工申請加入晨禱禱告會群組
於是耶穌對門徒說：若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. … What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? – Matthew 16:24, 26
（大衛在亞比米勒面前裝瘋，被他趕出去，就作這詩。）我要時時稱頌耶和華；讚美他的話必常在我口中。
我的心必因耶和華誇耀；謙卑人聽見就要喜樂。

I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. – Psalm 34: 1, 2
你們要嘗嘗主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善；投靠他的人有福了！
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! – Psalm 34: 8
有何人喜好存活，愛慕長壽，得享美福，
就要禁止舌頭不出惡言，嘴唇不說詭詐的話。
What man is there who desires life and loves many days, that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. – Psalm 34: 12, 13
要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕。
Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. – Psalm 34: 14
耶和華救贖他僕人的靈魂；凡投靠他的，必不致定罪。
The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned. – Psalm 34: 22
我的骨頭都要說：耶和華啊，誰能像你救護困苦人脫離那比他強壯的，救護困苦窮乏人脫離那搶奪他的？
All my bones shall say, “O Lord, who is like you, delivering the poor from him who is too strong for him, the poor and needy from him who robs him?” – Psalm 35: 10
我在大會中要稱謝你，在眾民中要讚美你。
I will thank you in the great congregation; in the mighty throng I will praise you. – Psalm 35: 18
