於是耶穌對門徒說：若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. … What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? – Matthew 16:24, 26

敬畏你、投靠你的人，你為他們所積存的，在世人面前所施行的恩惠是何等大呢！

你必把他們藏在你面前的隱密處，免得遇見人的計謀；你必暗暗地保守他們在亭子裡，免受口舌的爭鬧。

Oh, how abundant is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you and worked for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of the children of mankind! In the cover of your presence you hide them from the plots of men; you store them in your shelter from the strife of tongues. – Psalm 31: 19, 20

我向你陳明我的罪，不隱瞞我的惡。我說：我要向耶和華承認我的過犯，你就赦免我的罪惡。（細拉）

為此，凡虔誠人都當趁你可尋找的時候禱告你；大水泛溢的時候，必不能到他那裡。

I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah Therefore let everyone who is godly offer prayer to you at a time when you may be found; surely in the rush of great waters, they shall not reach him. – Psalm 32: 5, 6

3/17/26 ¦ 詩篇 第32篇: 8~11節 ¦ 禱讀 32: 9, 10節

你不可像那無知的騾馬，必用嚼環轡頭勒住他；不然，就不能馴服。

惡人必多受苦楚；惟獨倚靠耶和華的必有慈愛四面環繞他。

Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, or it will not stay near you. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts in the Lord. – Psalm 32: 9, 10

義人哪，你們應當靠耶和華歡樂；正直人的讚美是合宜的。

Shout for joy in the Lord, O you righteous! Praise befits the upright. – Psalm 33: 1

因為耶和華的言語正直；凡他所做的盡都誠實。

他喜愛仁義公平；遍地滿了耶和華的慈愛。

For the word of the Lord is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord. – Psalm 33: 4, 5

耶和華的籌算永遠立定；他心中的思念萬代常存。

The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations. – Psalm 33: 11

我們的心向來等候耶和華；他是我們的幫助，我們的盾牌。

Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. – Psalm 33: 20
