每日的靈修是非常的重要也是蒙福的道路
晨禱時間：週一至週六早上六點三十分；
弟兄姊妹請事先下載手機通訊應用程序 (以LINE & Zoom 為主)，並告知教牧同工申請加入晨禱禱告會群組
於是耶穌對門徒說：若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. … What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? – Matthew 16:24, 26
要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給他，以聖潔的（的：或譯為）妝飾敬拜耶和華。
Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness. [Or in holy attire] – Psalm 29: 2
耶和華的聲音大有能力；耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴。
The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. – Psalm 29: 4
耶和華必賜力量給他的百姓；耶和華必賜平安的福給他的百姓。
May the Lord give strength to his people! May the Lord bless [Or The Lord will give… The Lord will bless] his people with peace! – Psalm 29: 11
耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他，稱讚他可記念的聖名。
Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints, and give thanks to his holy name. [Hebrew to the memorial of his holiness (see Exodus 3:15)] – Psalm 30: 4
你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞，將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，
好叫我的靈（原文是榮耀）歌頌你，並不住聲。耶和華─我的 神啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever! – Psalm 30: 11, 12
因為你是我的巖石，我的山寨；所以，求你為你名的緣故引導我，指點我。
For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name’s sake you lead me and guide me; – Psalm 31: 3
耶和華啊，我仍舊倚靠你；我說：你是我的 神。
我終身的事在你手中；求你救我脫離仇敵的手和那些逼迫我的人。
But I trust in you, O Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in your hand; rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors! – Psalm 31: 14, 15
