Thank you for participating in our 2021 Membership Vote. In accordance with our current church ministries, we are conducting this year’s membership meeting and voting similar to last year with some adjustments to streamline the overall process for our members. It’s our hope that these procedures allow for clear and safe communication between our church leadership and our entire faith community. Please be aware of our timeline and deadlines:
August 29–September 19: Open Registration
‧ Members who registered in 2020 are automatically registered this year and not required to reregister
‧ New church members and Unregistered members: Register Here
‧ Members with new email addresses/postal addresses or unsure about registration status: email MandarinMembers@breadoflifechurch.org
September 20–22: Validation and Processing
‧ The ballot team checks all registrants for church membership and assigns a random PIN to each validated church member
September 23–October 10: Ballot Finalization
‧ The ballot team verifies all the collected information for the nominees and church budget and prepares the online and paper ballots
‧ The church board votes to approve the 2022 budget on October 10
October 12–15: Voter Notification
‧ The ballot team contacts all voting members to provide their PIN and voting instructions
‧ Paper ballots are mailed to members who request them
October 12–November 5: Open Voting
‧ Members are given 3 weeks to submit their vote through online or mail-in ballots
‧ Physical ballots are available at church for members who desire to vote on these Sundays: October 17, 24, 31
October 24: Questions & Answers Zoom Sessions
‧ The ballot team hosts Q&A sessions on Sunday, October 24, 2:00-3:00 pm. There are separate sessions for each of our three congregations.

November 8-10: Counting The Vote
‧ The ballot team counts all votes and presents the results to the Board in the November 14 board meeting
