To rent the church facility, please download the following forms and submit the Application Form and Liability Waiver via email or in person. Please understand that church activities are conducted throughout the week and weekend, and we may need to look at multiple options to accommodate your preferences.

We reserve the right to determine whether any personal usage of our facility supports our church’s mission.
